Overview
The application is intended for the management of patients in a medical clinic.
The project
The application focuses on the management of the consultation files of a medical office. Consultation sheets are generated and can be modified according to the user’s liking. A consultation sheet contains the patient’s personal information and a form in which the doctor/nurse can fill in the results of laboratory tests/observations/recommendations etc.
My role
- Responsible for the user experience and user interface design of the web application.

The outcome
- Patients list page, where the user can Add a new patient, Edit existing patient details and Delete patient from list
- Groups page, where the user can add three types of groups: calendar (for appointments), text area (for notes) and dropdown (for treatments or other predefined elements).
- Collaborative consultation sheet that can be modified and saved in real time from any from any computer in the same network.
- Settings page allows the user to set the information in the header of documents issued by the application (medical letters, GDPR agreements, etc.), set each field used in future medical letters, upload the medical clinic’s logo and the doctor’s digital signature.
